Please read carefully. Utilizing any portion of the services indicated on your travel itinerary or invoice signifies your explicit agreement with the terms and conditions set forth below between you and Yuu Travel (NC2 Solutions LLC).

1. Booking Verification & Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for verifying that all names (matching government-issued identification and passports exactly), dates of travel, and city pairs on the itinerary or invoice are correct. If an error is discovered, you must notify Yuu Travel by midnight of the same calendar day of booking. Failure to notify Yuu Travel within this window means you accept full financial responsibility for any subsequent change fees, ticketing penalties, or fare increases.

2. Airline Logistics, Check-In & Baggage

Flight schedules are subject to change by the operating carrier. Yuu Travel recommends reconfirming domestic flights 24 hours prior to departure and international flights at least 72 hours prior to departure. You must provide a local contact number to the carrier to ensure you receive real-time schedule adjustments.

3. Yuu Travel Fees & Price Fluctuations

Yuu Travel charges an upfront, non-refundable service fee for travel planning, curation, and documentation coordination. This professional planning fee is completely independent of supplier costs, is separate from the actual trip components, and is fully retained by Yuu Travel under all circumstances. It will not be refunded or waived, even if a travel supplier subsequently cancels, postpones, or issues a full refund for the travel components of your trip.

Price Increases: Travel arrangements involving airline, cruise, or international components are subject to supplemental price increases or tax adjustments imposed by suppliers or government entities after your purchase is complete. You hereby consent to these potential adjustments and authorize Yuu Travel to apply them to your credit or debit card on file. If a supplier drops its price post-booking, Yuu Travel will attempt to assist with rebooking if supplier policies permit, though processing fees may apply.

4. Payments, Cancellations & The Chargeback Waiver

We strongly recommend using a credit card for all travel purchases to secure consumer protections under the Fair Credit Billing Act. However, you explicitly acknowledge that Yuu Travel acts strictly as a sales agent facilitating transactions between you and the third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.).

To modify or cancel a flight en route, you must contact the airline directly. Unused tickets often hold restrictions and may forfeit all residual value if not formally cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time. Hotel and rental car reservations must be cancelled according to the specific supplier's window (typically 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival) to avoid mandatory default charges.

5. International Entry, Passports & Health Requirements

All international travel requires a valid passport, which generally must remain valid for at least six months beyond your intended return date. You assume complete, singular responsibility for researching, obtaining, and verifying all entry visas, transit visas, vaccination certificates, health affidavits, or safety protocols mandated by your destinations and transit points. Yuu Travel is not liable for entry denials due to faulty documentation or non-compliance with local foreign regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Furthermore, Yuu Travel is completely released from liability for travel disruptions arising from acts of God, extreme weather, climate anomalies, labor strikes, civil or political unrest, terrorism, government actions, health hazards, epidemics, or pandemics. For objective destination security and medical updates, clients are urged to consult the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov) and the CDC (cdc.gov/travel).

7. Claims Window, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You agree to present any formal claims or grievances against Yuu Travel within thirty (30) days after your trip concludes and to initiate any legal actions within one (1) year of the incident date, explicitly waiving longer statutory limitations.

This Agreement is governed strictly by the laws of the State of Ohio. The parties explicitly agree that any and all legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this agreement shall be venued exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
